Cuptails

I was wandering through Homegoods (bad idea) and found myself in the candy and baking aisle (another bad idea). Sitting on a shelf, smiling at me, these little guys- citrus wedges, made from marshmallow.

 A great way to stack up those five fruits a day is by loading up on cocktail garnish. And with sugar subbing in for garnish, I needed something fun for inside the glass.

A CUPCAKE! 

 Since most kitchen glass is tempered you can bake right in it. I topped it with a cookie glaze and it make a fun after-dinner treat.
