This week the Chinese Lunar Calendar launched the year of the rabbit. And who doesn’t like a cute little bunny? However, in my kitchen, it is shaping up to be the year of the cupcake. Everywhere I turn seems to be frosted over with new cupcake tools, crazy cupcake flavors, pretty cupcake decorations, elaborate cupcake parties (YAY), cupcake artwork, and discussions about cupcakes. And I love it!
